1. Account Registration

To use Postilka, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate • Safeguard your password and maintain security of your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach • Be at least 16 years old • Not create multiple accounts or share your account with others You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

• Subscription Plans: Pricing and plan details are available on our website and subject to change • Payment: You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion and only for unused portions of annual subscriptions • Taxes: Fees exclude applicable taxes; you are responsible for all sales, use, and similar taxes • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Postilka and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to: • Your use of the Services • Your Content • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights
